Brazil is a country with a lot of diversity of people, cultures, traditions and certainly a lot of gastronomic diversity.
Brazilian cuisine was born from a combination of European ingredients and indigenous African peoples.

Cooking is an art. Art that mixes technical skills, creativity and knowledge. Not to mention the main ingredients that would be the passion and affective memory of each chef, reflecting like a mosaic in a range of flavors and talents among Brazilian chefs who have already gained a lot of worldwide recognition. From reinventing classic dishes like feijoada, experimenting with Amazonian ingredients or even creating new flavors, like tapioca dadinho by our very special chef Rodrigo Oliveira, Brazilian chefs are increasingly in the international spotlight.

Is your mouth watering to try these wonderful flavors full of tradition? So it's worth reading about some of the best Brazilian chefs and their restaurants that you will certainly want to visit. Let's go:?

ALEX ATALA - RESTAURANTE D.O.M

Milad Alexandre Mack Atala is one of the best-known Brazilian chefs on the international scene. A lover of native ingredients, Atala became known for mixing native Amazonian ingredients such as açaí or tucupi in his haute cuisine dishes. His culinary style is a celebration of Brazil's biodiversity. Just like its renowned restaurant D.O.M, awarded two Michelin stars, it is a temple for food lovers who want to experience the best our cuisine has to offer. It offers some reinterpretations of dishes with innovative ingredients.

HELENA RIZZO - RESTAURANTE MANI

The beautiful and already named The best female chef in Latin America in 2014, our dear and charismatic Helena Rizzo and her restaurant Maní will certainly offer you a mix of traditional Brazilian recipes with contemporary touches, a reflection of the chef's own culinary journey throughout Brazil as well as Europe. In all the dishes on Mani's menu, you will find lots of color, flavor and texture, exactly like in Brazil. Fish in banana leaves is for sure one of our favorite dishes.

RODRIGO OLIVEIRA - RESTAURANTE MOCOTÓ

Awarded a Michelin star, and in charge of the Mocotó restaurant, São Paulo native Rodrigo Oliveira presents, in his restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere, delicious dishes that are a careful representation of Brazil's culinary history. The chef who introduced the delicious Dadinho de Tapioca to the world is known for creating innovative approaches to classic dishes such as tapioca, cachaça and, of course, Mocotó. This is a typical country food restaurant, with inclusivity as one of its concepts. The Tapioca Dadinho and the goat cheese escondidinho with vegetables are among our favorite options.

Rua Aroaba, 333 - Vila Leopoldina - São Paulo - SP (New Unit)

JEFFERSON RUEDA - RESTAURANTE A CASA DO PORCO

The restaurant A Casa do Porco, led by Brazilian chef Jefferson Rueda, focuses on fully utilizing pork, an animal deeply rooted in traditional Brazilian culture and which is the main ingredient on the restaurant's menu. In this restaurant we find everything from traditional Brazilian pork dishes to international influences, always made with precision and a lot of talent.
