No more "where should we go?": meet the Occasion Planner

Every group outing starts the same way: someone asks "where should we go?" in the group chat, random links pile up, three people go quiet, and forty messages later nobody's decided anything. Pico's Occasion Planner fixes that with a single link: you describe the plan, we build the picks, and the group decides by voting.
What the Occasion Planner is
It's a ready-made, shareable page that suggests restaurants for a specific occasion — a birthday, a work lunch, a night out with friends. You build it in seconds, drop it in the group chat, and anyone can vote. No app to download, no account to create.
How it works
1. Describe the plan. On Plan an occasion, write what you want in one sentence: "birthday dinner, 6 people, Pinheiros, somewhere lively." Pico's AI reads the occasion and picks 3 restaurants from our map — each with a Pico Score, rating, price range, neighborhood, and a clear reason why it fits your plan.
2. Make it yours. Before you share, you land in a draft editor: change the title, edit the reasons, add or remove places (2 to 6), reorder them, and search restaurants straight from Pico's database — or pull in a new spot from Google if it isn't here yet. When it looks right, just finalize and share.
3. Share it and let the group vote. The plan becomes a page with a short, clean link, perfect for WhatsApp — complete with a rich preview card when you paste it in the chat. Anyone who opens the link can vote for their favorite (one vote per device, changeable), add their name if they like, and follow the vote live. The front-runner gets a "Leading" badge, and the count refreshes every time someone flips back to the chat.
Built for the group chat
The idea is simple: one sentence becomes a polished shortlist, the shortlist becomes a link, and the link becomes a decision — no endless debate, no one left out. And if a restaurant closes over time, it doesn't vanish from the list: it shows up marked Closed, with a shortcut to see alternatives in the same neighborhood. The plan is permanent and immutable — everyone who opens it sees exactly the same thing.
Where to find it
The Planner is within reach across Pico: in the featured button on the homepage, a card in the trending-places feed, the footer (with a new badge), and at the bottom of every shared plan — because every good outing makes you want to plan the next one.
